Terms and conditions

1. Bookings & Appointments

New clients must complete the Patient Intake Form before their first treatment to ensure safe and appropriate care.
Returning clients may arrive at their scheduled time, but must inform the therapist if any personal or health details have changed.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened if possible, or you may need to reschedule.

2. Health & Safety
Your medical history, injuries, allergies, and relevant health information must be completed accurately in the Patient Intake Form.
Your therapist does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Some conditions may require medical clearance.
Your therapist may modify or decline treatment if a condition is present that may make massage unsafe.
If at any time during your session you feel discomfort, please inform your therapist immediately.

3. Cancellations, Late Changes & No-Shows
You may cancel up to 1 hour before your appointment with no fee.
Cancellations made within 60 minutes of the appointment, or a no-show, will incur a fee of:
$80 for sessions over 120 minutes
$55 for sessions 45 minutes to 90 minutes
$35 for sessions 30 minutes or less
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required at the time of service.
Gift cards and prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

5. Conduct & Boundaries
Harmony Acumassage provides professional therapeutic and relaxation treatments only.
All clients must wear underpants during every treatment. This policy is essential for hygiene, safety, professional boundaries, and proper draping.
If a client arrives without underpants, reception will provide disposable underwear before the session begins.
Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and may lead to refusal of future services.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy
All information provided in your Intake Form and during treatment is confidential and securely stored. We do not share personal information unless required by law.

7. Commitment to You
We aim to provide every client with:
Clean, fresh bedding for every treatment
A safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment
Experienced therapists (if a therapist is in training, you will be notified before the session and may choose another treatment or therapist.)
Professional, ethical care at all times

10. Agreement
By booking and attending an appointment with Harmony Acumassage, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
